- 25-99 books: $12.95 each (30% off retail)
- 100-499 books: $12.25 each (35% off retail)
- 500+ books: $11.55 each (39% off retail)
Release Date
Books will ship upon the release date of 20 September 2022. All US orders include FREE Ground Shipping. Shipments going to Arkansas will require sales tax unless you have a valid Sales Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate for that state.

Terms
Invoice/Payment — After you submit your order, Givington’s will email you an invoice which you may pay by check or securely online via bank transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, an additional 3% processing fee will be added to your order.
Shipping/Tracking — Givington’s includes FREE Ground shipping for orders shipping to the US. Your tracking number will be send as soon as your shipment is processed. For international orders, an estimated cost for international shipping charges will be sent before Givington’s processes your order.
Return Policy — Sorry, Givington’s does not accept returns. In order to provide the lowest possible wholesale prices on brand new books, all sales are final. If you receive a misprinted or damaged item, Givington’s will promptly exchange the affected items at no cost to you.
Bulk Orders to Individual Addresses
Givington’s Books currently offers the following rates to ship copies of Strategy to Reality by Whynde Kuehn to individual addresses on your behalf.
- 25-99 Books: $21.25 each
- 100+ Books: $18.00 each
Prices include the cost of the book, sales tax, fulfillment fee, and standard shipping to addresses in the US. Givington’s ships internationally, too! There is an extra shipping cost for international orders.
Once you submit your order, processing of your order begins immediately and an invoice will be sent for the cost of goods. A separate invoice will follow for fulfillment and shipping services.
