In October 2023, the Australian continent was home to the first Converge conference – a co-created transformation and architecture series of more than 30 events in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. The conference explored topics related to effective strategy execution, transformation, and architecting for today and tomorrow. In addition, the event also highlighted the newly launched Women In Architecture – Australia, which promotes dialogue and seeks the expansion of women in varied architectural roles. Attended by over 1,200 participants and supported by more than 30 partners and global sponsors during the 19-day conference series, Converge 2023 addressed vital themes such as effective end-to-end strategy to execution, business transformation, interdisciplinary collaboration for strategic change, uniting business architecture and enterprise architecture perspectives, and the role of women in architecture.
Converge 2023 organizers include global thought leader Whynde Kuehn, Founder and Managing Director of S2E Transformation Inc., and Darryl Carr, Enterprise Architect and Professional Community Builder. Converge was held from 9 October to 2 November 2023.
